fix(settings): removing a secret provider clears the fields that used it - #31651
Removing a secret provider left every reference to it dangling. Those fields read as unset but still showed the raw provider id, and the remove dialog only gave a generic warning without saying what used the provider.
Change
The server unsets references to a removed provider in the same settings write that drops it (withoutRemovedSecretProviderReferences in settingsSecrets.ts, applied in updateAndPersistSettings), so every client and agent path gets it. A credential field becomes empty; a provider environment variable that held the reference is removed, matching what the env editor does when a value is cleared. References to other providers are untouched.
The remove dialog lists the fields that read from the provider and says they will be unset. With nothing using it, it keeps a simple confirmation.
Mobile has no secret provider management, so it needs no change.

serverSettings.test.ts: "removing a secret provider unsets every field that read from it" covers env vars, single and per-host source control tokens, a usage limit key and an EAS token, and checks another provider's references stay. Fails on main.
SecretsSettings.logic.test.ts: table test for the listing helper.
Ran the app with T3CODE_FEATURE_SECRETS=1 against seeded worktree state; after removing, settings.json had the env var row gone and the tokens empty.

Removing a secret provider left every reference to it dangling: the field
read as unset but still showed the raw provider id, and the remove dialog
did not say what used the provider.
The server now unsets those references in the same settings write that
drops the provider, so every client and agent path gets it: a credential
field becomes empty and a provider variable that held the reference is
removed. The remove dialog lists the fields that will be unset.

Macroscope's review found this PR requires human approval — Removing a secret provider now permanently clears dependent credential references and environment-variable entries, with an affected-fields confirmation and stronger authorization. Human confirmation is needed that losing the previous reconnect-by-readding behavior is intentional.

Match Remove to the new permission requirement.
With AuthProvidersManageScope but not AuthSettingsWriteScope, Remove is available, but confirmation closes the dialog and the settings hook rejects the patch. Require both grants for Remove. Keep add and edit available with provider-management permission alone.

Include Simlock host tokens in the removal confirmation.
When a Simlock host’s agentToken references the provider, removal clears the token but secretProviderUses omits it. The dialog can therefore say nothing reads from the provider. Include Simlock host secret fields in the settings selection and traversal.

Walkthrough
Removing a secret provider now clears its references from settings before secret persistence. The settings UI identifies references and displays them in the removal confirmation.
Settings updates restore echoed secret references and clear references to removed providers before secret persistence. Managed variable comparison uses structural value equality. Scope checks and tests cover provider removal, including retained references and active runtime-mode ceilings.

The UI finds provider references across settings and lists them in the removal confirmation. The message states that referenced variables will be unset and that the secrets remain untouched.

…s a removed provider's reference
The cleanup now runs after managed-provider vetting, which can keep stored
variables a policy hides from clients. Vetting also compares a secret
reference by value, so a re-decoded reference no longer reads as an edit to
a managed variable.

Removing a secret provider clears the settings fields that read from it, such
as source control and EAS tokens, so a provider-management grant alone no
longer covers it.

Squashed port of upstream PR pingdotgg#21224 by akj, taken over by
juliusmarminge (open, unmerged), fixing upstream issue pingdotgg#14991. Once
project settings were folded into settings.json, t3_project_create and
t3_project_update saved scripts, model, thread mode and auto-pull on the
project record, which new threads and the actions menu no longer read.
Project commands now write them to projectSettingsOverrides, keep the
accepted intent with the command receipt so a failed save replays it,
and project reads return the effective settings.
Replaces the fork's pull of pingdotgg#22827, which upstream closed in favor of
this PR. Adapted to current main: pending project settings replay before
the managed-policy vetting added in pingdotgg#27197 (an empty patch for the sync
itself), project pin and archive from pingdotgg#26154 stay on the project
command, and listPage reads settings once per page. Rejected commands
map invariant failures to ProjectInvalidError (pingdotgg#30564) inside
handleReceipt, the MCP tools tell agents why a script ID was refused,
and settings writes clear removed secret-provider references (pingdotgg#31651)
against the replayed project settings.
