feat(mobile): add iPad keyboard shortcuts and command palette

What Changed

Adds iPad hardware-keyboard controls: Cmd+1–9 opens displayed threads, Cmd+K opens a searchable command palette, Return sends, and Shift+Return inserts a newline. The palette supports actions, projects, thread search, arrow navigation, numbered selection, and Escape dismissal. Opening the palette or clearing its search starts the results at the top. Selecting a thread dismisses open sheets and updates the intended workspace route.
