• Errors are Schema.TaggedError (refactor: errors are Schema.TaggedError, not Data.TaggedError or native Error pingdotgg/t3code#31216)
• Effect.try maps failures to typed errors (refactor: Effect.try calls map failures to typed errors pingdotgg/t3code#31217)
• Env is read through HostProcess.Environment (refactor: Effect code reads env through HostProcess.Environment pingdotgg/t3code#31218)

Fork code already follows all three: ScheduledTaskCheckRunner reads env through HostProcess.Environment and defines no error classes. No upstream migration touches scheduled_tasks, so forkSchema.ts is unchanged.

Environment note: the global vp here is v0.3.3. It can't parse the repo's vite-plus 1.4.0 task config and fails the same way on origin/main, so the checks ran through node_modules/.bin/vp.
