Main's Lint job fails since #15188: the timeline divider button uses focus-visible:ring-2, which t3code(no-outset-state-indicators) rejects because an ancestor can clip a ring drawn outside the element. That turns the required Check job red for every PR.

Fix: add focus-visible:ring-inset, as the rule suggests. The ring now draws inside the pill.

Proof: vp lint on the file reports the error before the change and none after.
