fix(web): welcome wizard says where imported projects come from

Problem

The Projects step of the welcome wizard does not say what it is about to do. The title is "Choose your projects" and the description is "Import projects and conversations from your selected computers." Neither names Claude Code or Codex. The only hint is two small unlabeled provider icons on each row.

The copy reads as a list of projects T3 Code already knows about. That is hard to catch for anyone, and harder for people who are not native English speakers, because "your projects" and "your selected computers" both point at T3 Code itself.

I hit this myself. I thought the step was bringing my existing T3 Code projects, the ones I had already created on my computers, into the new environment or fresh browser tab. It was importing from Claude Code and Codex history. I imported 40+ unwanted projects across three separate occasions before I worked out what was happening. Many of them were scratch folders that were never projects.

Scope and approval

I am submitting this under the small, focused fix exception, without a prior issue. The defect is that the step leaves out what it imports from. The fix changes only the title and description text. Behavior, default selection, layout, and the import itself are untouched.

Verification

Before and after screenshots of the Projects step with two computers selected, taken in a browser against isolated dev state. The list is scrolled to where the second computer starts. I blurred the repository names and paths because they are from my own machines.

• tsc --noEmit in apps/web is clean.
• vp fmt --check on the file is clean.
