fix(web): nested corners follow their container's radius

Nested corners in several places did not follow their container. #14704 fixes this for one banner button; this applies the same fix everywhere the defect shows up.

• Composer banners: the last action in a banner's first row (Disconnect server, Reconnect, Update, Restore branch, Dismiss, and so on) now gets a top-right corner that matches the banner's curve: 2xl minus the 4px inset, so 14px. In floating single-row banners it also gets a matching bottom-right corner. This lives once in ComposerBanner.Root and is no longer set per button.
• Composer / @ $ menu: the highlighted item goes from 6px to 10px, so its corners sit concentric inside the 18px drawer.
• File content search: the case, word, and regex options container goes from rounded-md to rounded-lg. Its toggles were the same radius as the container they sit in. This now matches ToggleGroup segmented.
• Files and Diff trees: rows use var(--radius-md) (8px) instead of a hardcoded 5px, matching the chat changed-files tree and sidebar rows. Their keyboard focus outline follows the same radius.

I checked each state in a dev web client against a real disconnected secondary environment, plus the slash menu, content search, and Files panel. Computed radii were 14px/8px on the attached banner action, 10px on the suggestion item and search container, and 8px on tree rows. Lint on the touched files and the web typecheck both pass. The floating-banner bottom corner is unverified visually; it is covered only by selector review. Known tradeoff, same as #14704: on very narrow banners where the actions wrap below the title, the last action keeps its rounded top-right corner even though it no longer sits in the banner's corner. CSS cannot detect the wrapped line.
