fix(mobile): snooze menu times advance with the clock - #26043
On mobile, a thread row's snooze menu ("In 1 hour", "In 3 hours", "This evening", "Tomorrow") kept the times from the moment the row first rendered. With the app open for hours, "In 1 hour" offered a time that had already passed and "This evening" stayed in the menu after 17:00. Found on Android during the effect-elimination live checks; reproduces on main.
Cause
ThreadListV2Row built the presets with resolveSnoozePresets(new Date()) inside a useMemo keyed on props.snoozePresetMinute (the list's minute tick). The React Compiler swaps manual memo deps for the values the callback actually reads, so the compiled row caches on swipeActions.secondary only (if ($[81] !== swipeActions.secondary) in the release output) and never recomputes on the tick.
Fix
resolveThreadListV2SnoozePresets in threadListV2.ts builds the presets from the list's minute instead of the clock, so the minute is a real input and the compiler memoizes on it. Rows without a minute fall back to the row's snoozeGateNow. Picking a preset still resolves its time from the clock at that moment (resolveThreadListV2SnoozeMenuSelection), so this changes only the labels shown.
Surfaces checked
Mobile: fixed (thread list on the home screen and the iPad sidebar both render ThreadListV2Row, which covers both the swipe action and the long-press menu).
Web: not affected. SidebarThreadRow resolves presets only while its menu is open, and useThreadActionMenu / Sidebar.tsx resolve them in event handlers, so each opening reads a fresh time.
packages/client-runtime: resolveSnoozePresets is pure and takes now, so no change there.
Verification
New test resolveThreadListV2SnoozePresets > reads preset times from the list minute, not the clock at first render in apps/mobile/src/features/threads/threadListV2.test.ts fails on main (resolveThreadListV2SnoozePresets is not a function, no minute-driven path) and passes here. It uses fake timers pinned at 10:00 and asks for presets at 19:15.
Compiled thread-list-v2-items.tsx with Metro's release flags: the presets now sit behind $[75] = props.snoozePresetMinute.
vp test run src/features/threads/threadListV2.test.ts src/reactCompilerCoverage.test.ts: pass.
vp run check:changed: format, lint, knip, typecheck, tests all pass.
Problem: a thread row's snooze menu kept the preset times ("In 1 hour",
"This evening", ...) from when the row first rendered, so they fell
behind for as long as the list stayed mounted.
Cause: the presets were built from `new Date()` inside a useMemo keyed on
the row's minute tick. The React Compiler replaces manual memo deps with
the ones the callback reads, which left only the swipe action, so the
memo never recomputed on the tick.
Fix: build the presets from the list's minute (`snoozePresetMinute`)
through `resolveThreadListV2SnoozePresets`, so the minute is a real
input. Choosing a preset still resolves its time from the clock at
selection.

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This is a focused mobile bug fix that makes snooze-menu labels derive from the existing minute tick, preventing stale times while leaving selection behavior and other platforms unchanged. The accompanying unit test covers the time-refresh behavior, with no schema, security, deployment, or configuration impact.

Thread-list snooze presets now use the supplied list time instead of the current date. A helper returns presets only when the row’s secondary action is snooze.

The helper resolves presets from the supplied time for snooze actions. Thread rows pass the secondary action and configured preset minute or snooze-gate time. The test checks preset results for a list time of 19:15.
The implementation appears correct, but add a row-level regression test to protect the list-minute wiring.

Add a row-level regression test for snoozePresetMinute.
The new test calls resolveThreadListV2SnoozePresets directly. It does not render ThreadListV2Row or verify that props.snoozePresetMinute reaches the helper. A wiring regression such as passing snoozeGateNow unconditionally would pass the current tests but display times from the gate clock instead of the supplied list minute. Render the row with distinct gate and list times, then change the supplied list minute and assert the displayed preset times update.
