Replace body with the updated draft: four opportunity spaces (DPI, Computational Coordination & Governance, Programmable Capital Allocation, Verifiable Real-World Infrastructure), each with why-it-matters / progress / inflection point; the stack + field-building + near-term bet. Cleaned Word export artifacts, updated title, relative internal links.

… links - Retitle to 'Programmable Economies & Governance: Upgrading Society's Operating System' - Add 'What We Do' section - Fill in 'Progress so far' case studies for OS1-4 with metrics and all source hyperlinks preserved (World, Spruce, Zama, Crecimiento, Simocracy, Edge City, Funding the Commons, Gitcoin, Hypercerts, RetroPGF, Deep Funding, ProPGF, GainForest, Glow) - Consolidate duplicated OS1 inflection paragraph; drop FINALISING header and <add FA2 dashboard link> placeholder (kept as TODO comment) - Regenerate feed.xml, search-index.json, blog.json
…-post # Conflicts: # public/feed.xml # public/search-index.json # src/data/generated/blog.json
- Replace body copy verbatim with the v1.0 April 2026 draft, preserving and re-attaching all hyperlinks (incl. Gitcoin/Hypercerts/Broad Listening). - Rebuild the coordination-stack feedback loop as a clean inline SVG with numbered bubbles, matching the numbered opportunity-space list above it. - Replace the static dashboard screenshot in 'Building the Field' with the live FA2 impact dashboard, rendered inline via a marker split + new Fa2LiveDashboardEmbed server component (ISR-refreshed). - Regenerate blog.json.
- Rebuild the coordination-stack graphic to the intended layout: Digital Public Infrastructure is now the substrate underpinning layers 2-4, with Decisions/Outcomes/Verification pills and a green verification feedback loop back to governance. Keeps the blue numbered bubbles (matching the list above). - Make the inline live impact dashboard collapsible via <details>, collapsed by default, to save vertical space.
…ghter diagram - Split the live dashboard into 5 themed collapsibles (Environmental hypercerts, Biodiversity data, Solar energy, Public goods funding, Governance), each collapsed by default with a one-line live stat teaser. - Add a 'section' prop to GainforestImpact so hypercerts vs biodiversity render as separate collapsibles. - Flow the numbered bubbles into each Opportunity Space heading and pull in the area's opportunity-space banner images per section. - Rebuild the stack diagram: center the number balls, narrow the boxes to cut empty space, and move the explanatory copy beside it (two-column).
…agram - Move the numbered ball inline into each Opportunity Space heading where the numeral sat (no more repeated number), and center the digit crisply. - Vertically center layers 2-4 against the Digital Public Infrastructure substrate and widen the gaps so the flow arrows read clearly under the Decisions/Outcomes pills.
Adds an 'unlisted' frontmatter flag: the post still renders at its URL but is excluded from the Insights & blog listings, the sitemap, RSS, and the search index, and is served noindex, nofollow. Gives a way to share a live render via a direct link without publishing it. The E&G post is set unlisted with a cryptic preview slug so it can't be guessed or found; publishing for real is just removing the two frontmatter lines.

What
A draft blog post introducing the Better Economies & Governance Systems focus area — the programmable infrastructure societies use to make decisions, allocate capital, and verify outcomes. Adapted from the internal v1.0 Draft – E&G Blog Post into the site's blog format.
Structure:
Status — draft, do not merge
This mirrors #25: it's posted for discussion, not publication. Known open items carried over from the source draft:
<!-- TODO -->placeholder in "Building the field".2026-06-29(creation date) — adjust to the intended publish date.Files
content/blog/better-economies-governance-systems/index.md(new) — the postpublic/feed.xml,public/search-index.json,src/data/generated/blog.json— regenerated byscripts/build-content.mjsNote on the focus-area tag
The front matter includes
areas: [economies-governance]so the post will surface under the Insights focus-area filter — but blogareasonly take effect once #27 (which teaches the build script to emit blogareas) is merged. Until then the field is harmless and simply ignored.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
