Removes the 'unlisted' flag and cryptic preview slug from the Better Economies & Governance post so it publishes for real: - clean URL /blog/better-economies-governance-systems/ - surfaces in Insights + /blog (and the economies-governance focus-area filter) - rejoins the sitemap, RSS feed, and site search; noindex dropped Regenerates blog.json, feed.xml, search-index.json. NOTE: bump 'date' to the intended publish date before merging if 2026-07-27 isn't correct.
