- Remove the 'For discussion' line - Focus areas now render as accent-bordered tiles (about-us style) - Three success questions render as immediately-visible cards (light version of the impact-dashboard three-questions) - Drop the 'Other: tbd' bottleneck bullet Adds scoped .fa-grid/.fa-tile and .q-grid/.q-card styles to globals.css (Tailwind utilities aren't generated from markdown, so these are plain CSS).
Remove the accent left-bar and per-tile --fa-accent inline styles; the bordered rounded card layout (eyebrow + title + description) stays.
…tudies - Sync post with latest source doc: add 'What is Protocol Labs' intro, expanded 'why we exist', per-focus-area progress stats, and links. - Link focus-area tiles out to their /areas pages; preserve all doc links. - Refresh three success questions; fix source typos (morphed, mapped, exabytes). - New 'Case studies' section rendered as CSS-only tabs (Permissionless data access / Cryptographic & networking infrastructure), visually separated from body text as a bordered card with key/value rows. - Add scoped .cs-tabs styles to globals.css.
- Move impact-dashboard sentence to end of 'How PL R&D measures its success' - Rename intro heading to 'Introduction to Protocol Labs (PL)' - Add Molly MacKinlay as co-author (before Lukas)
…n wording - Add PL innovation network image at the end of the Introduction section (figure + caption; also becomes the post cover image). - Update the three success-question cards to the exact source-doc wording. - Add responsive .page-content img and .post-figure styles.
Drop the short paraphrased headline; each card now shows only the source-doc question, matching the docx.

… copy - Restructure per updated doc: fold PL history into 'Why PL R&D exists', move success questions up as 'How to judge PL R&D', split out 'The work is already underway' and 'How we are structured, and where it could fail' - Add sixth toolkit lever (Infrastructure) and category labels on levers - Rewrite case-study tabs with acronym-expanded prose (CIDs, ZK/SNARKs, p2p) - Add sustain-momentum leverage paragraph (>$1B raised by supported founders) - Regenerate blog.json
- Reorder 'How we choose opportunities' (SAB/field-question first) - Rename toolkit item Capital -> Funding; expand Policy language - Add hyperlinks: PL R&D, IPFS/Filecoin/libp2p/IPLD/Multiformats, focus areas, PLVS/PL Capital/PL Platform - Update AI & Robotics impact (add BitRobot HIW-500) - Rework both case-study tabs (Cryptographic proving infrastructure) - Rewrite 'How the PL model compounds' - Tweak risks/funders/what-comes-next wording; add informational disclaimer

⛔️ DO NOT MERGE — draft for review & sharing only
This PR is intentionally a Draft and should not be merged. It exists so the post can be reviewed and shown to people (incl. via the Vercel preview deploy) while staying off production at plrd.org.
@daviddao — please leave this open and do not merge. I'll convert it to a real, ready-for-review PR (or close it) once the series is finalized.
