fix(mobile): rows on an unreachable host say why they can't be changed - #26205
On mobile, a thread row on a host the app can't reach accepts no swipe and no long-press, and nothing on the row says why. It looks broken. The row only gets its swipe actions and menu once the host's session has loaded with the operate permission, and an unreachable host never loads one. So the row silently drops to a bare button.
Repro: pair two environments, stop one, then relaunch the app. The stopped host's threads stay listed from cache, look like every other row, and ignore swipes and long-presses (a long-press just opens the thread on release).
Change
The row says what's wrong with its host. Next to the environment label, in the warning colour: Offline, Reconnecting…, Can't connect, Unsupported or Not connected. Compact (settled/snoozed) rows show it before the time. On a card it takes the place of the last run's error, since that error is stale once the host is gone. A first connecting attempt stays unlabelled, so a cold start doesn't flash every row. With large text, the environment name truncates first and the status keeps its width.
Long-press on a row you can't change opens a menu that explains why, and keeps Copy thread ID:
host unreachable: "Thread actions are unavailable until host reconnects."
version mismatch: "host and this app need compatible versions before threads can be changed."
expired credentials: "This device is no longer signed in to host. Pair again to change threads."
view-only pairing: "This device can view threads on host but not change them."
otherwise (still connecting, or the session lookup failed): "Thread actions are unavailable until host confirms this device's access."
VoiceOver's row hint reads the same reason.
To tell those cases apart, apps/mobile/src/state/session.ts gains useEnvironmentScopeAccess (granted / denied / signed-out / unknown). useEnvironmentScope now wraps it and returns the same booleans as before for its existing callers. Each row reads its host's connection issue through a per-environment atom that returns a string, so rows re-render only when the label changes, not on every catalog update.
Swipe stays disabled on these rows, as before. Home and the iPad/Duo sidebar share this row.
Scope and approval
A small, focused fix for an obvious bug: rows that refuse every gesture with no explanation. Mobile only. The web sidebar already shows a "Thread action unavailable" toast when an action is refused. No contract, server or connection-supervisor change.
Related: #26008 (same author) relabels Working/Waiting rows on a disconnected environment as "Disconnected". It uses the same phase rule (a first connecting attempt doesn't count) but doesn't touch idle rows or the dead gestures. Both edit threadListV2.ts, so whichever lands second needs a small rebase.
Verification
iOS Simulator (iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 27.0, dev client). Two local dev servers were paired. Server B held three synthetic demo threads created through t3 thread start. It was stopped, then the app was relaunched so its session couldn't load, which matches the reported case. The top "New thread" row is on server A, which stays reachable. Both servers show the machine name, "Alex's MacBook Pro". The same app install and Metro were used for both runs. The captures were taken before main was merged in: base 071239804e3, candidate 31eb9b71ac3. The merge changed none of this PR's logic, only how it combines with main's row changes since then. It was not recaptured on the current head. The touch is synthetic (XCTest), so the GIFs show no finger. The caption names the action.
Before (main): rows on the stopped host look normal, and long-pressing one gives no menu. Releasing opens the thread.
After (this PR): every row on the stopped host reads "Can't connect", and long-pressing one opens a menu explaining that thread actions return when the host reconnects.
Large text: the status used to share one line of text with the environment name, so at large Dynamic Type sizes it was cut to "Can't conne…". It is now a separate element, so the name gives way first. Captured at the largest standard text size, with both servers stopped (so every row is affected). Before is 881ae0f, after is 643eee3.
At the largest accessibility size, the name is dropped and the status itself truncates within the row (checked on the simulator, not attached).
Real-time source recordings: before.mp4, after.mp4. The GIFs are cropped to the list, at 10 fps.
Tests: new cases in threadListV2.test.ts cover the phase → issue table (including a quiet first connecting and connected states) and the five locked-row explanations. On the current head (643eee3aecd), vp test run src/features/threads/threadListV2.test.ts: 65 passed. vp run check:changed: format, lint, knip, typecheck (mobile, scripts) and tests all pass.
Not checked: Android. The compact-row label on a device. The view-only and expired-credential messages on a device (unit-tested only). Also, right after a host drops while the app is open, the app still holds the earlier session. Those rows keep their full swipe and menu and gain only the label until the session goes away. That path existed before this PR and isn't changed here.
Review: two independent read-only reviews ran on GPT-6.1 Sol (high reasoning) through the T3 orchestrator. The first found the missing compact/run-error label and the conflated menu copy; the second found expired credentials reported as view-only and a misleading "still connecting" fallback. All four are fixed in this head. A CodeRabbit finding (the status hidden by a long environment name) is fixed in 643eee3.

A thread row on a host the app can't reach dropped its swipe actions and
long-press menu without any visible reason. The row now shows the host's
connection issue (Offline, Reconnecting…, Can't connect, Unsupported,
Not connected), and long-press opens a menu that explains why actions
are unavailable and keeps Copy thread ID. Expired credentials and
view-only pairings get their own explanation.

Walkthrough
The mobile thread list now distinguishes environment access states and connection issues. Rows show connection labels, resolve lock reasons, suppress runtime errors when a connection issue is present, and offer a copy-thread-ID action when operate access is unavailable.

Summary
Environment access states apps/mobile/src/state/session.ts
Session checks now return granted, denied, signed-out, or unknown. useEnvironmentScopeAccess exposes the state, and useEnvironmentScope returns true only for granted.
Connection issue and lock reason resolution apps/mobile/src/features/threads/threadListV2.ts, apps/mobile/src/features/threads/threadListV2.test.ts
Connection phases map to issue states and display labels. Lock reasons distinguish access states, unsupported connections, other connection issues, and unconfirmed access. Tests cover the mappings and messages.
Thread row presentation and actions apps/mobile/src/features/threads/thread-list-v2-items.tsx
Rows show connection labels in card and slim layouts. Restricted rows include the lock reason in accessibility text and offer a copy-thread-ID menu action. Runtime errors are hidden when a connection label is present.

The connection label was nested in the environment name's single-line
Text, so a long name truncated the label away. It is now a sibling that
keeps its width while the name truncates.
