fix: settle and snooze threads while their machine is offline - #24917
Unproven: T3 Connect / relay connections, a phone and a server on different releases, and the packaged desktop build (the desktop run below is vp run dev:desktop).
Needs Theo's approval: this changes the wire protocol (packages/contracts: snapshotSequence on settle and snooze, and the threadTriageVersionGuard capability; Julius's approval also covers this part) and adds @effect/vitest and effect/Logger to the browser test project's optimizeDeps in apps/web/vite.config.ts, so the new IndexedDB browser test doesn't reload mid-run on a cold cache.
Settle and snooze fail when a thread's machine is offline, even when the thread is cached. This saves those actions on the device, shows them as waiting to sync, and sends them when the machine is back. They survive an app restart, and Undo cancels one that was never sent.
How it works
The shared client (packages/client-runtime) does this for mobile, web and desktop. Each queued action keeps its command ID and the shell sequence the user acted on. The server checks that sequence inside its thread lock: if the thread changed after it (a new turn, a message, another device's settle), the server's state wins and the queued action is dropped. A retry after a lost reply can't apply twice.
A provider session stopping doesn't count as a change. Shutting a server down, or recovering after it lost power, marks every live session stopped. Before this, that event was newer than every queued action, so switching the machine off, which is exactly this issue, silently dropped them. The Android recording below shows it.
Web and desktop keep the queue in IndexedDB. Each change runs in one readwrite transaction, which browsers run in order across tabs. So it works on plain-HTTP servers (for example http://192.168.x.x), where the earlier Web Lock version refused to queue. Mobile keeps it in a file.
Offline queueing needs a previously granted operate permission. Other actions still need a live connection.
Limits:
Both sides need this release. A client only queues when the server announces threadTriageVersionGuard. An action queued for an older server stays pending until that server is updated.
While a settle is waiting to sync, that thread can't also be snoozed. The server would see the first replay as a newer change and reject the second, so the app asks you to undo or sync the settle first.

Testing
Head 24659c5e8b. After the device runs it adds a merge of main (1c3f425f46) and two review fixes. Pending now outranks a folder row's status and wake label (Macroscope). And an action taken during reconnect against an older server goes out without a snapshot sequence instead of failing as "too old" (CodeRabbit; the client test fails before and passes after). 2d21e1f348 differs from 095d8a8e61 only in runtimeLayer.test.ts.
vp run check:changed origin/main on corex at 55c8f9814a, and the client-runtime typecheck plus threadCommands.test.ts at 24659c5e8b: format, lint, both Knip passes, GraphQL, 32 package typechecks, 29 test files and the React Compiler check passed.
The server guard case in runtimeLayer.test.ts now also stops the thread's provider session after the snapshot. It fails without the fix ("changed after the client's snapshot") and passes with it.
threadTriageOutboxStore.browser.test.ts runs against real IndexedDB in Chromium. Two stores saving at once both land (a read-then-write version loses one), an unreadable document is discarded with a warning, and a storage failure still clears a removed environment.
Devices ran against isolated dev servers with real Claude Haiku (corex) or Codex (shiv) turns: Android on corex, the iOS Simulator and the desktop app on shiv, and Chromium through Playwright on corex. Receipts were read from a copy of each server's database.
Macroscope's review found this PR requires human approval — Offline settle and snooze actions now persist locally and automatically sync when the environment reconnects, with pending indicators and stale-snapshot protection. Human review is required for making this the default behavior on supported environments.

Settle and snooze can now queue locally when an environment is offline and replay after reconnection. Snapshot-sequence checks reject stale actions. Web and mobile expose offline triage permissions and pending-sync status, with persistent outbox storage and environment-specific cleanup.

Settle and snooze commands can carry snapshotSequence. The server advertises support and rejects commands when the latest relevant thread sequence exceeds the supplied snapshot. Provider-session updates are excluded from this check.
Outbox and replay runtime packages/client-runtime/src/platform/threadTriageOutboxStore.ts, packages/client-runtime/src/state/threadTriageOutbox.ts, packages/client-runtime/src/state/threadCommands.ts, packages/client-runtime/src/state/threadUndo.ts, packages/client-runtime/src/state/threadCommands.test.ts
The client persists pending actions, applies them optimistically, replays them after reconnection, and cancels unattempted actions. Tests cover replay, undo, persistence failures, and cross-tab races.
Environment state and outbox storage apps/web/src/connection/*, apps/web/src/state/threads.ts, apps/web/src/connection/threadTriageOutboxStore.ts, apps/web/src/connection/threadTriageOutboxStore.browser.test.ts, apps/web/vite.config.ts, apps/mobile/src/connection/*, apps/mobile/src/state/threads.ts, apps/mobile/src/state/thread-triage-outbox-storage.ts, packages/client-runtime/src/state/session.ts
Web and mobile provide persistent outbox stores and clear environment data during cleanup. Environment state exposes registration, shell status, server configuration, and session operation scope.
Action handlers use offline triage permission for settle, unsettle, snooze, and unsnooze. Undo skips a pin mutation when it cancels a queued settle. Tests cover permission checks and both queued and delivered undo cases.
Pending-sync and triage UI apps/web/src/components/sidebar/SidebarThreadRow.tsx, apps/web/src/components/threadActionMenu.logic.ts, apps/web/src/components/threadActionMenu.logic.test.ts, apps/mobile/src/features/threads/thread-list-v2-items.tsx, docs/user/thread-sidebar.md
Thread rows show pending-sync status. When only offline triage is permitted, the menus expose the applicable triage actions. The documentation describes reconnection and stale-change handling.

Users on older servers may see a spurious "server too old" error when settling or snoozing while the thread list is still synchronizing. The offline triage docs should also state the permission prerequisite. Neither blocks the core offline queue and replay flow, so merging is low risk once the author is aware of both.

Explanation
Scope: issue #24532 is the only active direct target. Its requirements are: (1) settle and snooze apply locally when the thread's machine is offline; (2) the thread shows a waiting-to-sync state; (3) the action syncs on reconnect; (4) if the machine changed the thread first, the machine's state wins and the phone shows it. The issue also says these triage actions should not need the machine online. #4852, #24530 and #24529 are context only.
Evidence at head 55c8f98 (whole-PR summary; no repository reads were needed for this verdict):
Requirement 1: packages/client-runtime/src/state/threadTriageOutbox.ts queues settle and snooze after an RPC-unavailable failure. It requires cached server support for threadTriageVersionGuard, an available snapshot and thread, and a change to the thread. threadCommands.ts applies the optimistic applySettle and applySnooze changes. commands.ts adds snapshotSequence and the capability check.
Requirement 2: Mobile thread-list-v2-items.tsx shows "Waiting to sync" for pending entries. Web and desktop SidebarThreadRow.tsx shows "Pending". Entries persist in apps/mobile/src/state/thread-triage-outbox-storage.ts (JSON file) and apps/web/src/connection/threadTriageOutboxStore.ts (IndexedDB). threadTriageOutbox.ts also restores entries after restart.
Requirement 3: On reconnect, the outbox replays entries for live shells. It marks each entry attempted before it sends. It keeps the command ID and the snapshot sequence. Successful or non-transient failures are removed. Transient failures stay queued.
Requirement 4: apps/server/src/orchestration-v2/Orchestrator.ts rejects a settle or snooze when the latest thread sequence, excluding provider-session.updated, is greater than snapshotSequence. runtimeLayer.test.ts covers stale rejection, a same-millisecond change, a session stop that does not invalidate the snapshot, and receipt replay on retry. The PR evidence shows rejected receipts and the thread returning to the active list.
Offline permission: operateScopeAtom and the remembered triage grant let the outbox act without a live operate scope. The grant is remembered only for registered environments.
Tests: threadCommands.test.ts (offline queue, replay, restart, cross-tab, undo races, storage failures), threadTriageOutboxStore.browser.test.ts (IndexedDB concurrency and recovery), useThreadActions.undo.test.ts (cancel versus delivered settle), threadActionMenu.logic.test.ts, and useThreadActions.permissions.test.ts.
Limits that remain: queueing requires a previously granted operate permission. Waiting-to-sync actions need a server with the new guard. A settle that is still pending blocks snooze on that thread. The stated limits describe design choices. They do not fail the issue requirements, because the issue scenario is a phone that was paired and used before the machine went offline.
Unverified runtime paths (relay or tunnel connections, mixed-release server and client, packaged desktop build, lost-acknowledgement races) are not stated issue requirements. They do not change this verdict. The behavior has been reported for Android, iOS Simulator, Chromium and macOS desktop, and the PR reports check:changed passing at 55c8f98.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The changed files support the offline settle and snooze behavior required by #24532, or they test or document it.
Shared client and contracts: threadTriageOutbox.ts, threadTriageOutboxStore.ts, threadCommands.ts, commands.ts, session.ts, threadUndo.ts, contracts/environment.ts, contracts/orchestrationV2.ts. These implement queueing, persistence, replay, the version guard and the operate-scope atom.
Server: Orchestrator.ts, EventSink.ts, EventStore.ts, OrchestrationEventStore.ts, ServerEnvironment.ts. These add the snapshot-sequence check. The exceptEventTypes option excludes provider-session updates from that check, as the PR states.
Mobile: platform.ts, storage.ts, thread-triage-outbox-storage.ts, threads.ts, ThreadDetailScreen.tsx, useThreadListActions.ts, thread-list-v2-items.tsx. These add the file store, cleanup, permission checks and the waiting-to-sync display.
Web and desktop: Sidebar.tsx, useThreadLifecycle.tsx, SidebarThreadRow.tsx, threadActionMenu.logic.ts, useThreadActionMenu.ts, useThreadActions.ts, state/threads.ts, use-orchestration-command.ts, platform.ts, storage.ts, threadTriageOutboxStore.ts. These apply the same triage permission and pending display on the shared path. They do not add unrelated behavior.
Tests and config: the test files listed above, and apps/web/vite.config.ts, which adds pre-bundle entries for the browser test.
Documentation: docs/user/thread-sidebar.md describes the waiting or pending state and the rule for undoing a pending settle before snooze.
The web and desktop changes go beyond the mobile area named in the issue. They use the same shared outbox and the same failure path. Their absence would leave the shared behavior inconsistent, so they are connected to the issue. The PR-level feature changes are not shown to be unrelated. No change is established as unrelated by the available evidence.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description follows the template's four sections (Problem, Change, Scope and approval, Verification) and is mostly complete. The Problem and Change sections are clear. The Scope and approval section names the required approvals (Theo for the wire-protocol and Vite config changes, Julius for the contracts part) but does not link a triaged bug issue with explicit maintainer approval of scope. It cites issue #24532 and the #4852 comment, and it explains the limits. Verification is detailed and lists commands, commits, device runs, and test counts. It also states what was not checked: relay/T3 Connect connections, mixed-release devices, and the packaged desktop build. The template asks for an approval comment; the description names approvers but does not show the approval itself. That gap is the reason for the remaining concern, but the rest of the template is covered.

Pass triage = true in the snooze restore step of the settle Undo.
The doc comment on checkThreadOperationPermission says that settle, snooze, and their undo can queue offline. The snooze step in offerUndo calls the check without the triage flag. When the session is not loaded offline, readEnvironmentScope returns false. Undo of a settle on a snoozed thread then shows "This connection cannot change threads" instead of queueing.
The web runUndoPlan sends this step through snoozeThreadMutation, which uses readThreadTriageScope. Mobile and web behave differently as a result.

Replace Effect.runPromiseExit inside the lock callback with a scoped lock acquisition.
Effect.runPromiseExit(effect) starts a new root fiber on the default runtime. This has two effects:
Interrupting the caller does not cancel the queued lock request. The write runs later, after the caller has given up.
The inner effect loses the caller's fiber context. Log annotations and spans do not reach the Effect.logWarning call in load.
This is persistence code, and docs/internals/effect-services.md limits Promise runners to application and framework boundaries.
Hold the Web Lock with Effect.acquireUseRelease, and pass an AbortSignal so interruption cancels a pending request. The effect then runs on the caller's fiber.
You must update the mock in threadTriageOutboxStore.test.ts (lines 26 and 60). It uses a request(name, callback) signature. The proposed code calls request(name, options, callback).

As per path instructions: "Hold changed code to the rules in docs/internals/effect-services.md", which keeps runPromise and runPromiseExit out of persistence code.

The CodeRabbit Web Lock finding is addressed locally through b61beeb3d4ddb7231ba33b178d8dadc10a729eca, on top of the published caller-fiber fix c3cf935. Storage work stays on the caller's fiber. Lock requests receive an AbortSignal, and finalization aborts queued requests and releases granted locks. A callback that starts after cancellation also releases its lock immediately.
Failing first: queued cancellation on c3cf935 had no aborted signal. A grant-before-callback cancellation on 44e9a503c2 left the release promise pending until the project's default timeout. The final eight adapter cases pass, covering both cancellation points, caller logging, successful/failed writes, and unavailable/rejected locks. The three focused web files pass 30 tests.

The failed Test job on c3cf935f6a is an upstream mobile test-fixture failure, separate from the pending browser lock cancellation fixes. CI tested merge afd3b15f6545abe983b0d93a1d1242f049198864 against main c5332bf14dfb335c9eb08966624d65328e82641a. queries.debounce.test.tsx failed during import with ReferenceError: __DEV__ is not defined; the other 206 files and 2,425 executed tests passed. The Check job failed because Test failed.
I reproduced the same import failure in a detached checkout of that main commit on corex, using the existing installed dependencies: cd apps/mobile && vp test run src/state/queries.debounce.test.tsx, exit 1, no tests executed. A diagnostic mock of ./threads prevented the native runtime import and produced 4 passing tests, exit 0. The diagnostic checkout has been removed.
That exact fixture correction has since landed on main in #24954, commit 3ed489081ba023a4ef9293a0f2123120b841ee7d. The next branch update should include it; rerunning the old merge tree would retain the broken fixture. No feature source changed in this diagnosis.
Macroscope's updated approvability comment requests human review for scope and reports no new code finding. Local browser cancellation fixes remain at b61beeb3d4; their required fresh independent review is still blocked by T3's Authentication required response. Current-head browser/device runtime remains unverified.
Settling or snoozing a thread from an offline machine failed with
"<machine> is not connected." The change now applies locally, is saved to
disk, and is sent when the environment reconnects with a synchronized shell.
The server rejects a replayed settle or snooze if the thread has any event
after the client's shell sequence, so changes made on that machine win.
Replays keep their command id, so a retry after a lost acknowledgement is
deduplicated by the command receipt. Undo before sync cancels the queued
change, expired snoozes are dropped, and servers without the guard never
receive a replay. Offline settle and snooze stay available only where the
last loaded session could change threads.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…old servers
- Replay rereads each queued change before sending it, and replay, Undo,
and replacement claim a thread one at a time, so a change cancelled while
an earlier one replays is never sent.
- Removing an environment also clears its queued changes from memory, and
in-flight work cannot add them back.
- A replacement that cannot be saved keeps the earlier queued change.
- Changes queue only when the cached server config says the server checks
the snapshot; otherwise the action explains the server needs an update.
A queued change that meets an older server stays queued.
- Web context menus, bulk actions, the settle shortcut, and the chat view's
wake and un-settle use the remembered permission for settle, snooze, and
their undo only. Mobile's thread view does the same for wake and un-settle.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…e web triage controls
- The first load of queued changes drops environments removed while the read
was in flight, along with their remembered permission, instead of
publishing the stale document.
- The chat view's Wake now and Un-settle buttons, and sidebar dragging, use
the remembered offline permission. Only a drop onto Settled can queue; the
drop handler keeps other moves live-only.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The thread action menu mock now provides readThreadTriageScope from the same
live grant, and a successful settle in the Undo tests returns its sequence
like the real command. A new case checks that Undo of a settle still waiting
to sync only cancels it, without re-pinning or re-snoozing.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…removed
- Undo keeps the full restoration plan from the settle. Cancelling a settle
still waiting to sync returns a cancelledPendingSync marker and the plan
stops there; if the settle already reached the server, Undo un-settles there
and restores pin and snooze as usual.
- Removing an environment records the session grant current at that moment
and ignores it afterwards, so a retained session cannot write the grant
back. A new session, as after adding the environment again, is remembered.
- Grant and queued-change writes check, inside the store's lock, that the
environment was not removed since they were issued, and removal listeners
run inside the same lock.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…ot, and bind grants to registration
- useOrchestrationCommand takes an optional permission check. Only settle,
snooze and their undo pass readThreadTriageScope, so they work with the
remembered offline grant; every other web mutation still needs the live
grant, and the check still runs on every call.
- An offline settle or snooze records the shell snapshot from the moment it
was invoked, before any await, so a newer shell cannot vouch for it.
- The remembered offline grant is tied to the environment being registered.
A removed environment's late or retained session grants nothing and writes
nothing; registering it again works. This replaces the session tombstone,
so the operate scope atom is a plain boolean again.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The snoozed row's wake time took priority over the pending label, so an
offline snooze showed no sign it had not synced. Pending now wins, as on
mobile.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…held the thread
When a replay held a thread and failed transiently, a newer settle or snooze
that waited behind it and then reached the server left the old queued change
pending, so the row kept its stale overlay until the next replay was
rejected. A successful action now removes the queued change that existed
when it started, unless a replay holds it again. A change queued after the
action started stays for the server to judge.

Compiler skip the hook, which the compiler coverage test rejects. The default
check now lives at module scope and the parameter defaults to its name. The
permission behavior is unchanged.

Browser tabs share the stored queue but each keeps its own copy in memory.
A tab could replay a change another tab had already cancelled, and with no
newer server event the server would accept it. Before sending, replay now
rereads storage: a change that is gone is dropped, one replaced there is
sent in its place, and nothing is sent if storage cannot be read. The tests
give each queued change its own command id, as real ones have.

…istry
- Replay rereads storage before checking expiry, so an expired cached snooze
that another tab replaced with a settle sends the settle, and an expired
replacement is dropped without sending.
- Replay keeps running after awaits, and could touch its registry after the
registry was disposed, rejecting with "registry is disposed". A keep-alive
atom now marks the registry's lifetime, and replay stops once it ends.

A replay whose reply was lost may have reached the server, but Undo only
dropped the local copy and reported success while the server kept the change.
Before sending, replay now records the change as sent in storage, and sends
nothing if it can't. Undo asks the store under its lock: only a change with
the same command id that was never sent is cancelled locally. One that was
sent, or that another tab already sent or cancelled, goes to the server. The
record lives in storage, so it holds after a restart and across tabs. It is
never cleared, because tabs replay independently and one tab's failed send
says nothing about another's.

Re-snoozing offline replaced a change that may already have reached the
server with an unmarked one, so Undo cancelled it locally while the server
kept the first snooze. The replacement now inherits the mark.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Replay read the stored change, then marked it as sent in a second step. If
another tab replaced the change between the two, the mark missed and this tab
dropped the thread from memory, so it never replayed the replacement. Marking
now returns whatever is stored for the thread, a replacement included, in the
same locked step.

…d Undo
- Each read-modify-write of the stored queue now runs under a Web Lock on
web, so tabs in different processes can't overwrite each other's changes.
- An Undo holding a thread while the shell reconnected left its queued
change unsent when the Undo failed. Releasing a claim now replays what is
still queued, for Undo as it already did for queuing.

The lock callback ran the locked work with Effect.runPromiseExit, which
started a separate root fiber and dropped the caller's context. The lock is
now acquired and released around the work, which runs on the caller's fiber.

updated the original branch at 76d097c025ce7a02f637299eacaa72f13420425e, preserving @shivamhwp's commits and merging main. the durable queue, stable command ids, server sequence guard, and lock cancellation fixes remain necessary for safe replay.
fixed reconnect sequence guarding, cross-tab queue discovery, first-load ordering across environments, undo cleanup and restoration of an earlier snooze, and false success for blocked cached actions. to keep composition small and safe, an offline pending settle must be undone or synced before snoozing that thread. added regressions in existing test files only.
verification:
reproduced main's disconnected settle failure using the real web menu.
failing-first regressions, then blacksmith vp run check:changed origin/main: format, lint, knip, graphql, 30 package typechecks, and 472 tests passed.
system chrome: stopped the actual dev server, queued settle and snooze, restarted it, and observed each replay complete with durable storage empty. online un-settle and wake also worked.
github ci finished with 31 terminal checks, no failures; github reports clean and mergeable. bot feedback reread; no new findings. the earlier web-lock finding is covered by the retained caller-fiber cancellation implementation and its eight tests.
two independent source reviews plus one follow-up identified the corrected edge cases. the queue reviewer approved ad600b06; the client follow-up's remaining load-order finding is fixed in 76d097c025 with a failing-first regression. no third review round was requested.
unverified: native mobile and electron runtime, relay/tunnel runtime, and mixed-version client/server runtime. mobile action tests, shared runtime tests, contracts, and server sequence-guard tests pass. maria should review the durable replay contract and these runtime limits before approving.
verified as-is at 820631b564adf006721f601974cc4f8367d99a4b. no source changes or pushes.
reproduced on github/main (1abf368532) in ../main: after a real codex gpt-6.1-sol turn, stopping the backend made both settle and snooze fail with "is not connected".
ran vp i and background vp run dev on the exact pr head. used repo playwright and /usr/bin/google-chrome, one dev server at a time, ports 8693/16733. projects, threads and provider turns were created through the app, without fixtures or mocks.
offline settle and snooze saved durable commands and showed "pending". reconnect accepted snooze at sequence 85. settle survived browser-context replacement with persisted storage plus a server restart, retaining its command id, and was accepted at sequence 89. each produced one server event; the local queue emptied.
un-settle and wake now cancelled never-sent actions offline. online wake and un-settle worked. offline pin failed without entering the queue.
the conservative conflict guard also worked: stopping an active provider session added a newer event, so replay of the earlier snapshot was rejected and server state won. unchanged-state replay succeeded afterward.
blacksmith: 274 tests passed in 6 existing files, covering shared commands, server sequence guards, web locks, web permissions/undo and mobile actions.
same saved thread on main, still active after failed offline settle:
same saved thread on the pr, settled locally and pending sync:
real codex thread snoozed offline:
11-second recording: actual snooze menu, offline pending state, reconnect, and pending changing to the synchronized wake time:
native ios/android and electron clients, macos/windows, relay/tunnel connections, mixed-version servers, and runtime cross-tab/lost-ack races were not exercised on this linux web pass. the focused tests cover the queue's cross-tab and ambiguous-delivery cases. bulk actions, drag-to-settle and keyboard shortcuts were not exercised. no full check:changed rerun because this pass changed no source.
The web queue kept its document in localStorage and serialized tabs with a
Web Lock, which only exists on secure origins, so a server opened over plain
HTTP could not queue at all. The queue now lives in IndexedDB and each change
reads and writes in one readwrite transaction, which browsers run in order
across tabs on any origin.

… and snooze
Shutting a server down, and recovering after it lost power, marks every live
provider session stopped. That event is newer than the snapshot a client queued
its offline settle or snooze against, so the version guard rejected the replay
and the user's change was silently lost, which is the issue's own case of a
machine switched off. The guard now ignores provider session updates; turns,
messages and triage changes still win over a stale queued action.

A queued snooze whose wake time passes offline, or a settle queued for a thread
the client still shows as busy, leaves the row in its folder. There the status
(Done, Working) took the time slot and hid that the change is waiting to sync.

…der servers
An action taken while the shell was still synchronizing always carried the
snapshot sequence, so a connected server without the version guard refused it
as too old. The sequence is now attached only when the server advertises the
guard. The user guide also states what offline settle and snooze need.

Settle and snooze fail when a thread's machine is offline, even when the thread is cached. This saves those actions on the device, shows them as waiting to sync, and sends them when the machine is back. They survive an app restart, and Undo cancels one that was never sent.
How it works
packages/client-runtime) does this for mobile, web and desktop. Each queued action keeps its command ID and the shell sequence the user acted on. The server checks that sequence inside its thread lock: if the thread changed after it (a new turn, a message, another device's settle), the server's state wins and the queued action is dropped. A retry after a lost reply can't apply twice.http://192.168.x.x), where the earlier Web Lock version refused to queue. Mobile keeps it in a file.Limits:

24659c5e8b. After the device runs it adds a merge of main (1c3f425f46) and two review fixes. Pending now outranks a folder row's status and wake label (Macroscope). And an action taken during reconnect against an older server goes out without a snapshot sequence instead of failing as "too old" (CodeRabbit; the client test fails before and passes after).2d21e1f348differs from095d8a8e61only inruntimeLayer.test.ts.vp run check:changed origin/mainon corex at55c8f9814a, and the client-runtime typecheck plusthreadCommands.test.tsat24659c5e8b: format, lint, both Knip passes, GraphQL, 32 package typechecks, 29 test files and the React Compiler check passed.runtimeLayer.test.tsnow also stops the thread's provider session after the snapshot.
