'@tanstack/workflow-runtime': patch

Reject signal, approval, and timer deliveries for a run whose workflow version
is not registered, returning `version-mismatch` and leaving the run paused
instead of consuming the delivery and stranding the run.

Mismatched version with nothing in `previousVersions` → `RUN_ERRORED { code: 'workflow_version_mismatch' }`.

When the run is driven through `@tanstack/workflow-runtime`, signal, approval, and timer deliveries to such a run are rejected before they are consumed: the result kind is `version-mismatch` and the run stays `paused`, so restoring the missing version lets the same delivery resume it.

A rejected signal or approval payload is not stored by the runtime. Keep it in a durable inbox or return a retryable HTTP response, such as 503, to a sender that retries. Retry with the same signal ID or approval ID after restoring the missing workflow version. The Cloudflare D1 payment example returns 503 for this case.

Release timer claims that the sweep does not process.

If the deadline expires during a batch, the sweep leaves the remaining timers leased. Other workers cannot wake those runs until the leases expire. Release unprocessed claims when the sweep stops, while preserving progress past rejected versions.

Update the dueTimers processing loop around shouldStopForDeadline to release
claims for timers the sweep leaves unprocessed when it stops, using the store’s
established claim-release mechanism. Track which claims were actually processed
so completed or rejected-version timers are not incorrectly released, and
preserve the existing progress behavior past rejected versions.

Allow sweeps to advance past rejected timers.

If maxTimers due timers have missing versions, repeated sweeps can select and reject the same timers indefinitely. A compatible timer behind them never wakes. Preserve rejected timers without letting them repeatedly exhaust the sweep budget before later timers can be claimed.

Preserve no-op results for terminated runs.

After a v1 run finishes and v1 is removed, retrying its signal or approval returns version-mismatch instead of duplicate. The retry does not need replay. Preserve the store’s no-op result for terminated runs while retaining the version check before consumable deliveries.

Preserve rejected webhook deliveries before acknowledging them.

When the workflow version is missing, the documented webhook and Cloudflare example return HTTP 200 without retaining the payload. A sender that stops after HTTP 200 will not retry, so restoring the version cannot resume the run automatically. Retain rejected deliveries or return a retryable response to senders that support retries.

Review comment at @packages/workflow-runtime/src/types.ts at line 448:
Update the webhook handling path associated with the version-mismatch outcome so
it either retains the rejected payload for replay or returns a retryable
response before acknowledging it; preserve the existing safeguards and establish
which behavior the webhook and Cloudflare integrations support.
