@dylanjeffers I just reverted all the changes here - I'm assuming the only changes you made were just to get external wallets working, but if I blew away anything else lmk

### Description - Fixes issues with confirmation screen defaulting to USDC. The bug was that we put `useWalletCoins` in the wrong spot 💀, `useTradeableCoins` is just the list of all coins, `useOwnedCoins` is where it needed to go - This may solve some additional bugs tbh ### How Has This Been Tested? web:prod
