Windows legacy installer treats downloaded PowerShell as bytes #2700
Description
After the v0.3.2 installer update, installing an older Vite+ version on Windows fails in Invoke-LegacyInstaller:
Unexpected token '32' in expression or statement.
https://viteplus.dev/install-legacy.ps1 is served as application/octet-stream, so Invoke-WebRequest.Content is a byte[]. It is passed directly to ScriptBlock.Create at

Suggested fix: decode byte content as UTF-8 before execution, or serve the script as text/plain; charset=utf-8.
