✓ Interactive Filters: Adjust UI Text

Description

The placeholder shown when no filter is selected is not consistent across filter types. In addition, we think a more inviting label like “Select filter” would work nicely.

Solution

• Ensure the label is consistent/the same language
• Change the text from "No Filter" to "Select Filter", and apply to all locales
