- Update to latest version.
- Renamed all SQL migration files starting from 4.0.0 to the flyway naming convention.
- Rewrote Java migrations to extend Flyway's BaseJavaMigration.
- SQL fixes: Flyway is strict on comments.
- Extracted views to repeatable migrations.
- Use legacy DB version as baseline
