[TRI-1124] Bug: `@trigger.dev/cli init` incorrectly misses detection of app dir usage in some cases

It seems in some cases the app dir isn't correctly being detected, and the pages dir is being incorrectly assumed.

Hey @ericallam I just checked the code that checks if the project is an app or pages directory and it appears this is what caused the bug.

const extension = isTypescriptProject ? "tsx" : "js";

    const appPagePath = pathModule.join(path, usesSrcDir ? "src" : "", "app", `page.${extension}`);

    const appPageExists = await pathExists(appPagePath);

    if (appPageExists) {
      return "app";
    }

    return "pages";

In Next.js app directory you can use js,jsx, and tsx extensions, in the code we are only trying to find if a tsx or js extension exist.

I'll send a pull request that fixes this ASAP

@arthurliebhardt does it detect pages directory for you? I just tested it on my machine and can confirm .jsx extensions in app directory breaks the code.
