TypeScript 0.9

Are you planning to update the extension for 0.9, or should I fork it and have a go myself?

Does it require lot of rewrite to do this? Could it be a good idea to use https://github.com/clausreinke/typescript-tools for the updated integration?

Just updating to v0.9 should not be so hard unless TypeScript change a lot their services.

Using typescript-tools I'm not sure of the value it will add.
