Create a grid that displays all created flair.
Flair has the following options:
Fair text: [text input max input of 15]
Color: [select box] Red, Blue, Green, Orange
Moderator only: [checkbox]
On post create form, edit form, and post display page a new option to add flair. Moderators will have all options, while post creators will only have nonmod options.
