Local image preloading does not include explicit RELATED_IMAGE env var overrides #303

Problem

When deploying to a local cluster (Kind, Minikube, etc.), roxie pre-loads images into the cluster's local image store via TryTransferLocalImages. The list of images to transfer is built by imagesForConfig, which constructs image references from the operator instance config.

However, if a user explicitly overrides a RELATED_IMAGE_* value via --operator-env (e.g., --operator-env RELATED_IMAGE_MAIN=my-registry/custom-main:dev), that explicit image reference is not included in the preload list. imagesForConfig does not inspect instance.EnvVars.

This means a locally available custom image won't be transferred to the cluster, and the operator may fail to pull it if the registry is not accessible from inside the cluster.

Expected behavior

imagesForConfig (or collectLocalImages) should also include any explicit RELATED_IMAGE_* values from instance.EnvVars in the preload list.
