[codex] Update landing share assets

Summary

Updates the landing page sharing assets so link previews and favicons use the current Sim wordmark treatment instead of the old logo card.

Changes

• Adds a simple 1200x630 OpenGraph image with the landing Sim wordmark centered on the landing background color.
• Regenerates the favicon set, favicon.ico, favicon.svg, and /icon.svg using the same centered wordmark treatment.
• Points landing OpenGraph/Twitter metadata at the new social image.
• Declares the refreshed favicon paths in the landing route-group metadata.

Validation

• git diff --check
• biome check apps/sim/app/(landing)/page.tsx apps/sim/app/(landing)/layout.tsx
• Verified generated image dimensions with file.
