   I moved to OpenCV. It's not that much harder to learn compared to SimpleCV.

   I think that's my only option. It's not a bad one however, I thought that SimpleCV was based on OpenCV but also included many other utilities which made CV much easier to work with and also those utilities made the tool very useful.

   You can try this one https://github.com/OpenRoboVision/OpenRV . Now I'm working on the documentation, but anyway it can be a good supplementation for OpenCV

   Hi 👋 I am new at Sight Machine. After noticing this project and it's status I reached out internally. Our customers have mostly migrated away from using this. While there are no current plans for updates, this project may be revisited in the future. For legacy projects requiring SimpleCV, the codebase is provided as-is.

   I have updated the README.md to reflect this.
