Conversation
Sift no longer supports structured artifacts, so create_artifact and update_artifact stop accepting payload and the structured storage class. Tool descriptions and the Sift skill tell agents to upload JSON as a file.

Summary
Sift is removing structured artifacts: the artifact API will reject the
payloadfield and theSTRUCTUREDstorage class. JSON content is uploaded as an ordinary.jsonfile instead. This PR stops the MCP artifact tools from offering a payload type the server will reject.create_artifactandupdate_artifactno longer acceptpayload.create_artifactrejectsstorage_class: "structured"as an unknown storage class and acceptsfileorblob..jsonfile and pass it asfile_path.create_artifacttelemetry no longer reportsjsonas the file type for structured artifacts; the file type now comes only from thefile_pathextension.list_artifactsstill accepts anystorage_classvalue in its CELfilter, so artifacts created before this change stay findable. The filter example now usesBLOB.sift_rsbindings are unchanged; they follow the public protos.Safe to merge before or after the server change deploys, since the client only stops sending the field.
