Add chose download location, and a checkbox "always ask where to download"

  Default: current user/ downloads folder
  İf we have that in c# special folder.

• Add a checkbox "always ask where to download"
  Default:false;;

Since u have set get config .

Json file for user preference's ??!!
We can leverage that.
