JRuby: tests fail on output assertions about warnings emitted by syslog

Tests about output currently fail on JRuby due to this warning being output (and we assert on "", so this fails).

Source locally installed gems is ignoring #<Bundler::StubSpecification name=syslog version=0.4.0 platform=ruby> because it is missing extensions

@headius what are we actually supposed to do to fix these warnings?

ruby/rubygems#8508 may fixes this. I still not sure why JRuby need to extension build warning.

JRuby will pre-prepare the jar files and use them, so there should be no need to determine if the extension has been built.
