API reference serves v12.0.0-rc.5 data as "v12 (latest)" #1391
Description
The site reads only apps/docs/markdown-pages/docs/api/{stdlib,belt,dom}.json (app/DocsRoutes.res, ApiRoute.res, ApiDocs.res), last updated for v12.0.0-rc.5. The compiler's publish workflow writes data/api/<version> (latest v12.3.1, v13.0.0-alpha.6), which nothing reads since the monorepo move; apps/docs/data/api/v12.0.0–v13.0.0 is also unread, and the two v13 copies differ. apps/docs/stdlib-toc.json, js.json and toc_tree.json are unread.
