One stuck generation seems to be blocking further gens #371

I ran in Playground a MiniMax video generation which has these logs:

However, it seems stuck in a generation loop. I now have a cancel option, but that provides a "Failed to Cancel Prediction" error, as well as deleting.

This is now causing me to not be able to run anything as every other engine I try to run I'm now getting:

Error

No prediction matches the given query.

Every run, this is if I try from the model, if I try from Playground it just quickly displays and deletes my attempt
