BackHandler not working on android

Description

Hi,

I'm not able to handle device back button press (or back gesture) on android.
I'm directly kicked out of the app.

After some researches I found some users that had the issue. They fixed it by using this:

implementation "androidx.activity:activity:1.6.0-alpha05" (added to the build.gradle)
android:enableOnBackInvokedCallback="false" (in the manifest)

It doesn't fix the issue on my side.

Steps to reproduce

I tried the example in the documentation (https://reactnative.dev/docs/backhandler)
The expo snack is working as expected but on a Pixel 8 API 35 emulator, I can see the issue.

Hey @agueraXneuf, version v0.75 is no longer supported, please add a repro in the supported versions. E.g v0.79+
