RTL ScrollView on scroll after get more data in component state scroll bar get back to start in Android not in IOS #17540
Description
On scrolling ScrollView when scrollbar get to the end and new data is merged onscroll event then in Android scroll bar get back to starting position not in IOS?
I have updated my react-native version to 0.51.0 but it still not working on Android.
I thought it must get fixed on this fix

Environment:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
Node: 8.1.4
Yarn: 0.22.0
npm: 5.0.4
Packages: (wanted => installed)
react-native: 0.51.0
react: 16.0.0-alpha.12
- set application to RTL true
- on scrollView if it get scroll to end then load more data from api and merge it in existing items
- then scrollview get showing new items with load items I also use this technique in english app it is working fine on Android and IOS but in RTL on Android scroll bar is going back to starting position.
It must work like it is working on LTR application it is not scrolling back to staring position.
