Summary

Docs-only fix for docs/commands.md init options so they match packages/cli/src/commands/init/index.ts:

Correct --pm default to npm
Fix --skip-git-init / --replace-directory option signatures
Document --platform-name
Fix example invocations (@react-native-community/cli, template@0.74.0)

No open docs issue was found; happy to link one if maintainers prefer.

Test plan

Diff options list against rnc-cli init --help / source index.ts
Confirm example npx commands resolve the scoped package name
