bpo-35134 moves object.h code surrounded by "#ifndef Py_LIMITED_API" to a new Include/cpython/object.h header file. Therefore we must apply Stackless patches to the new file.

bpo-35134 moves pystate.h code surrounded by "#ifndef Py_LIMITED_API" to a new Include/cpython/pystate.h header file. Therefore we must apply Stackless patches to the new file. Move our header Include/slp_tstate.h to Include/cpython/slp_tstate.h.
