Remove .cirrus.yml which was already disabled by being renamed to .cirrus-DISABLED.yml. In total, Cirrus CI only run for less than one month.

@emaste: Apparently, CPython consumes too many Cirrus CI resources and the company behind it cannot afford to provide us more free resources (which is fair, obviously). There are now multiple FreeBSD buildbots which is great. IMO it's enough for now, since there is no plan to raise FreeBSD from Tier-3 to Tier-2: https://peps.python.org/pep-0011/#tier-3 By the way, FreeBSD has its label in GitHub Python issues: OS-freebsd |
