`Platforms/Android`: add `pythoninfo-build` command to display build info of the build Python

I propose adding a pythoninfo-build command to Platforms/Android to display build info of the build Python. I made a similar change to Platforms/emscripten and Platforms/WASI.

The idea is to collect information about the system such as the boot identifier, machine identifier, uptime, and detect if Python is running in a VM or container: system. keys of test.pythoninfo.
