The /dev/null redirection is required because cibuildwheel may build within a Docker container without the GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY envvar set (and even if it was set, the GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY file wouldn't escape the container).

I've moved zlib-ng and openjpeg in pillow-depends to have the expected names. I don't really think the warnings from this PR are worth the extra code complexity. pillow-depends is a caching mechanism, with a fallback if it fails. That seems like enough to me. |
