feat(models): add Claude Sonnet 5.5 and retire GPT-6 Sol from current models

Problem

Pylon's bundled model manifest has no Claude Sonnet 5.5 entry, and it still lists GPT-6 Sol as a current Codex model after GPT-6.1 Sol was added in #917.

Fix

• Add claude-sonnet-5-5 ("Claude Sonnet 5.5", aliases sonnet-5.5 and claude-sonnet-5.5, new badge). It reuses the sonnet-5 profile and requires Claude Code 2.1.284, as upstream does, and joins currentModels.claudeAgent. Sonnet 5 stays current.
• Remove gpt-6-sol from currentModels.codex, matching upstream's final manifest. Codex has no catalog in the manifest, so this list is the legacy overlay: a discovered gpt-6-sol now sorts under legacy models in the picker. It remains selectable.
• Advance updatedAt to 2026-09-30T15:40:00Z so the bundled manifest is newer than the hosted one.

The two changes are separate commits; the Sol commit can be dropped on its own if old Sol should stay current.

Pylon adaptations and exclusions

• claude-opus-5 stays in currentModels.claudeAgent. Upstream's list omits it; that difference predates these sources and is left alone.
• Pylon's Codex order (gpt-6.1-sol first) is kept; upstream lists gpt-6-astra first.
• Upstream's compatibility block is not added. Pylon has no compatibility-advisory pipeline.
• Pylon's manifest validation, cache and publication code are unchanged.

Verification

• vp test run on ModelManifest.test.ts, ClaudeModelCatalog.test.ts, modelManifestPublication.test.ts: 3 files, 24 tests passed.
• node apps/server/scripts/prepare-model-manifests.ts <tmpdir> (the publication workflow's validation step): exit 0, both public files written and containing claude-sonnet-5-5.
• vp fmt --check on the manifest: clean.

Limits

No rendered-client pass was done; the model picker was not opened. Whether Claude Code 2.1.284 actually serves claude-sonnet-5-5 was taken from upstream and not checked against a live CLI.

Maintainer decision (2026-09-30): Sonnet 5.5 keeps the maintainer's dedicated sonnet-5-5 profile (Ultracode/Ultrathink efforts, 200k/1M context) and the extra sonnet-5-5 alias, with upstream's minimum Claude Code version 2.1.284. GPT-6 Sol is no longer listed as current, as upstream. Commit 00593bf533; 24 manifest/catalog/publication tests pass and prepare-model-manifests.ts exits 0.
