Earlier upstream ports were left across open PRs and an interrupted cherry-pick, making it unclear what had reached Pylon. Record the recovered Astra, build, and OpenCode work, the verified public model feeds, and the two UI PRs still awaiting browser permission or a visual-evidence waiver.
Keep the full review cursor unchanged. Separate 448 unselected commits from four already-selected UI commits still pending, recheck every deferred/watch entry, and update WATCH-1 and owner #114 after #283 closes the OpenCode task gap. Preserve the existing deferral dates and Pylon's selective-adoption decision gate.
Validation: source/PR SHAs, green CI, feed publication, and test receipts checked; ledger formatting and diff checks pass.

fa6da65b1444321810e77a9aa714d72c1920ba80in release run 34011039725. All four desktop builds and release-wide checks passed. Both macOS builds signed and notarized successfully. Verified all 15 uploaded assets, three updater manifests, six platform payload references with matching asset sizes, and the source tag. Full binary hashes were not recomputed. The entire release workflow succeeded, including hosted web deployment. A read-only HTTP fetch confirmed.121in the entry JavaScript served by https://nightly.pylon-code.com/.This release includes the original stopping/lifecycle fixes #264–267, the first approved catch-up batch, and the recovered Astra/OpenCode/build work. UI PRs #269/#282 remain excluded pending browser permission or an explicit visual-evidence waiver. No installed app, live provider session, or production data was changed; mobile source changes require separate mobile distribution.
Implemented with GPT-6 Astra through the Codex harness.
