Need to resolve or except flake8 errors in solcast.py

flake8 is flagging some formatting of URLs in solcast.py as in error, see https://github.com/pvlib/pvlib-python/actions/runs/29199397065/job/87496138191?pr=2820 for a report.

This behavior emerged after the line-ending normalization in #2805

I think that error is due to the branch not being up-to-date with main. Maybe you have the permission to merge main to that branch and test?

Closing as fixed as no longer produces the lint error :)
