Summary

KiCadLibrary's promotions (ptr727/KiCadLibrary#65, then #71, released as 2.1.49) put the hub reusable workflows on main, its ground-truth branch. The hub records still described them as develop-only.

  • registry/repos.json: deletes the KiCadLibrary driftNote saying main trails develop until the standup promotes it.
  • docs/reusable-workflows.md: ticks KiCadLibrary's five adoption rows, each citing the KiCadLibrary pull request that made it and the main audit, which reports no interface finding. The five rows are:
    • the merge-bot, with the semver-major filter dropped
    • the gates
    • versioning, through build-release-task.yml
    • the build-release-asset release chain
    • the retired date badge.
  • The merge-bot row also notes that Dependabot merges fail at the app-token step until the CodeGen app secrets are added.

No tick completes a stage's last adoption, so reports/workflow-reuse.md is not regenerated here. KiCadLibrary's hooks rollout box stays unchecked until a committed hub audit records parity.hooks, per that tracker's maintenance rule.

Verification

  • spec/validate.py, the prose gate, and markdownlint are clean.
  • A local strict review checked each cited pull request against its file list and re-ran the audit. Its findings, including a tick that broke the hooks tracker's own rule and a wrong versioning path, are fixed, and the final pass found nothing.

KiCadLibrary's promotion (ptr727/KiCadLibrary#65, then #71, released as
2.1.49) put the hub reusable workflows on main, its ground-truth branch, where
the audit reports no interface finding. Tick its merge-bot, gates, versioning,
release-chain, and retired-badge adoption rows with the pull requests that
made each, and delete the registry driftNote saying main trails develop.

KiCadLibrary versions through the hub's build-release-task.yml, which calls
get-version-task.yml, not through publish-plan-task.yml. Its adopted merge-bot
fails at the app-token step until the CodeGen app secrets are added, which the
row now says.

Its other merge-bot runs skip rather than fail.

…tions, and a Guard Wait Bound (#2326)

## Summary

Promotes `develop` to `main` with three pull requests, each already
reviewed and merged into `develop`:

- [#2117](#2117) denies a
signal-0 `timeout` as a wait bound in the `gh-write-guard` hook. It
comes from the unattended `auto-1634` lane.
- [#2322](#2322) orders
the LF conversion before carrying files into a CRLF-default repository:
- in `RESYNC.md`, `STANDUP.md`, and the `resync-a-repo` and
`standup-a-repo` skills
- as an ordered "Per-Repo Conversion" procedure in
`docs/eol-lf-rollout.md`
- with a corrected byte-preserve recipe in the line-endings reference
(`insert_final_newline = unset`).
- [#2324](#2324) records
KiCadLibrary's hub workflow adoptions now that its `main` carries them,
and deletes the stale registry driftNote.
