Hi Maintainers! I've submitted my PR for Issue #677 to add a hands-on AI chatbot tutorial to the JavaScript section of the README. This pull request addresses Issue #677 by adding a hands-on AI chatbot tutorial to the JavaScript section of the Project-Based Learning repository.
The tutorial helps beginners understand how to build an AI-powered chatbot using Node.js, Express, and the OpenAI API.
