This PR adds a short note in the README regarding WebGL-based traces such as
scattergl, particularly in debugging contexts.It clarifies that certain warnings (e.g., related to buffer clearing) may appear in strict environments if rendering operations are not fully specified.
This is based on insights gained while working on issue #7387 and PR #7390.
