fix(source-control): read SCP-style remotes on IPv6 hosts - #31917
An SCP-style Git remote on an IPv6 host, such as git@[2001:db8::1]:team/project.git or [2001:db8::1]:team/project.git, is read as host [2001 and repository path db8::1]:team/project. The same repository's ssh://git@[2001:db8::1]/team/project.git remote reads correctly, so the two forms disagree everywhere T3 identifies a repository.
Expected: the SCP form reads the same host and path as the ssh:// form, [2001:db8::1] and team/project.
Change
Five SCP patterns stopped the host at its first colon, which falls inside the brackets:
parseGitRemoteRepository in packages/shared/src/git.ts, behind normalizeGitRemoteUrl (the repository key).
SCP_REMOTE in packages/source-control-core/src/shared/definition.ts, behind parseGitRemoteHost (the forge host, an unknown host's base URL, and GitLab's glab lookup).
USERLESS_SCP_SSH_REMOTE_PATTERN in packages/shared/src/sourceControl.ts, the userless host:path form parseGitRemoteHost falls back to.
repositoryPathFromRemoteUrl in packages/source-control-core/src/server/SourceControlProvider.ts, both its user and userless branches.
parseForgejoRemote in packages/source-control-forgejo/src/server/ForgejoCli.ts, which Forgejo uses to match a remote to a tea login.
Each pattern now tries a bracketed host first (\[…\], the alternative #30798 added to the clone URL patterns) and keeps brackets out of the plain-host branch. Each bracket branch excludes the same characters as that pattern's plain-host branch. ssh:// and https:// remotes already went through URL, which reads IPv6 hosts correctly, so they are unchanged. Remotes without brackets parse exactly as before; remotes with brackets but no valid bracketed host (git@[]:a/b, x[y]:c/d) now parse as no remote instead of a garbled one.
What a user sees change, for an IPv6 SCP remote:
The repository keys like its ssh:// form, so the two forms are one repository.
GitLab discovery asks glab about [2001:db8::1], not [2001, and Forgejo matches the remote to its tea login.
The repository path is team/project. GitManager reads every remote's path through repositoryPathFromRemoteUrl for its branch head context, so on main the head repository was db8::1]:team/project and its owner db8::1]:team, and matchesBranchHeadContext rejected the branch's own pull request. The same path labels the onboarding import list and the repository identity display (which only shows it when it agrees with the key, so it needs the key fix too).
Scope and approval
This is a small, focused fix for an obvious inconsistency, the same defect #30798 ("preserve IPv6 hosts when switching clone protocols") fixed in cloneUrl.ts. That fix taught the clone URL parser that git@[2001:db8::1]:org/repo.git names host [2001:db8::1]. The other parsers still read the same remote as host [2001. It is one defect in five patterns, fixed together because the callers combine them (the identity display needs both the key and the path). No behaviour changes for remotes without brackets, and no setting or contract changes, so it falls under CONTRIBUTING's "very small, focused fix for an obvious bug" exception.
packages/shared/src/git.test.ts: normalizeGitRemoteUrl keys the ssh://, git@[…]: and userless […]: forms of one IPv6 remote alike.
packages/source-control-gitlab/src/server/gitLabDiscovery.test.ts: two rows in the "claims a self-hosted remote glab is signed in to" table, through parseGitRemoteHost and unknownRemoteProvider to the glab call.
packages/source-control-core/src/server/SourceControlProvider.test.ts: two rows in the repositoryPathFromRemoteUrl table.
packages/source-control-forgejo/src/server/ForgejoSourceControlProvider.test.ts: one new case, since no existing case covers SCP parsing on its own: parseForgejoRemote gives both SCP forms the same result as the ssh:// form.
On main (test commit only), vp test run over those four files:
× reads the repository path of git@[2001:db8::1]:T3Tools/t3code.git
× reads the repository path of [2001:db8::1]:T3Tools/t3code.git
× keys an SCP-like remote on an IPv6 host like its ssh:// form

To check that remotes without brackets are unchanged, each old and new pattern ran over 300,000 random bracket-free strings plus fixed cases (C:\repo, C:/repo, host::a/b, git@h:/a/b, https://h:3000/a/b.git); all results were identical, and Windows drive paths parse as they did on main.
vp run check:changed passes (format, lint, knip, typecheck, tests). Two unrelated tests fail the same way on main on my Windows machine with EBUSY while removing a temp directory: githubStackRebase.test.ts and ForgejoCheckout.test.ts.
What I could not check: a real Git host, GitLab or Forgejo server on an IPv6 address, or what spelling glab and tea expect for one. The tests compare against the ssh:// form of the same remote. An IPv6 literal written uncompressed ([2001:db8:0:0::1]) still differs from the compressed form URL returns; that was true before this change too.

Bracketed IPv6 SCP remotes now parse correctly. Remotes written with a non-shortest IPv6 spelling may still not match their canonical equivalents, which is a rare, bounded edge case and can be followed up separately.

constructing the repository key, using normalization consistent with the `new

normalization test to cover the expanded `[2001:0db8::1]` form and its
equivalent `ssh://` remote.

A remote such as git@[2001:db8::1]:team/project.git names its host in
brackets, but five SCP host patterns stopped the host at its first
colon: the repository key, the remote host lookup, the userless
host:path form, the repository path read from a remote, and Forgejo's
own remote parser. The remote read as host "[2001", so it keyed apart
from the same repository's ssh:// remote, GitLab discovery asked glab
about host "[2001", Forgejo matched no login, and the repository path
read as "db8::1]:team/project".
Each pattern now accepts a bracketed host first, as the clone URL parser
does since pingdotgg#30798.
