feat(marketing): help search engines tell t3.codes apart from copycat sites - #31142
A copied site appeared in ChatGPT results for T3 Code downloads. The links on t3.codes used a different URL than the canonical tag on the download page. Crawlers also had no sitemap or structured data linking T3 Code to its official listings.
This PR aligns the canonical URLs, internal links, and sitemap. Vercel is configured to redirect trailing-slash URLs to their slashless form. The home and download pages identify the GitHub repo, App Store, and Google Play listings in their structured data.
It also adds a noindex 404 page, a robots.txt that points to the sitemap, and an llms.txt that lists the official download channels. The new security.txt, the public security policy, and the GitHub security policy all use security@t3.codes, as Mark requested. Theo confirmed that the security team receives and monitors reports sent to this address.
vp run check:changed passes. The marketing build emits all four discovery and policy files. All six sitemap entries match their page’s canonical URL. Both generated application records include the official repo and store listings. The Vercel redirect still needs a check on a deployed copy.
Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — Adds official-site discovery metadata, crawler files, and consistent marketing URLs. The security contact change has reported mailbox-monitoring confirmation, and the changes do not affect application defaults or customer data.

Summary
SEO metadata and page rendering apps/marketing/src/lib/seo.ts, apps/marketing/src/layouts/Layout.astro, apps/marketing/src/pages/index.astro, apps/marketing/src/pages/download.astro
SEO helpers define Organization, WebSite, SoftwareApplication, and breadcrumb JSON-LD, plus prioritized sitemap entries. The shared layout renders structured data and supports page-specific schemas and noindex pages. The homepage and download page provide page metadata.
Crawler and security endpoints apps/marketing/src/pages/sitemap.xml.ts, apps/marketing/src/pages/llms.txt.ts, apps/marketing/src/pages/.well-known/security.txt.ts, apps/marketing/public/robots.txt, .github/SECURITY.md, apps/marketing/src/pages/security-policy.astro
New routes serve a sitemap, llms.txt, and security.txt. robots.txt allows crawling and identifies the sitemap. Security reporting contact details now use the t3.codes address, and the security policy dates are updated.
Slashless URLs and not-found handling apps/marketing/astro.config.mjs, apps/marketing/vercel.ts, apps/marketing/src/pages/404.astro
Astro and Vercel are configured to use slashless URLs. The custom 404 page uses the shared layout with noindex enabled.
This change adds SEO metadata, crawler files, a noindex 404 page, slashless URL configuration and an updated security contact on the marketing site. No actionable merge-blocking risk is evident. The author notes the Vercel redirect still needs checking on a deployed copy.

Add sitemap.xml, robots.txt, llms.txt, and security.txt. Add Organization,
WebSite, SoftwareApplication, and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD with sameAs links
to the official repository, app store listings, and channels. Add a
noindex 404 page that points to the official download. Collapse
trailing-slash duplicates (/download/ and /download both returned 200).
Give the home and download pages descriptive titles.

Drop the personal YouTube channel from the Organization and

Name the t3 npm package (npx t3@latest) as an official channel in
llms.txt, and stop calling every release build signed, since release.md
allows unsigned builds. Review feedback from CodeRabbit.

- Generate security.txt at build time so its Expires date moves with each deploy.
- Serve robots.txt as a static file that allows every crawler.
- Name app.t3.codes as an official site in llms.txt.
- Drop the personal X profile from the Organization sameAs.
- Remove the unused ogType prop and head slot.

Use the same security mailbox in the site and repository policies. Keep the repository link in the application’s sameAs list.
