Users keep asking for more T3 Connect tunnels, but the docs only mention the limit of 3. They do not say that linking a paid T3 Chat account raises it (added in #25931).

This adds:

  • A FAQ entry: link T3 Chat for up to 10 machines with Pro, or 100 with Premier.
  • A "More machines with T3 Chat" section in the remote access guide, with the link steps and what happens on downgrade.
  • A pointer from the tunnel limit fixes in T3 Connect troubleshooting.

Walkthrough

The user documentation now explains how to link a paid T3 Chat account to increase T3 Connect’s machine limit. It lists the Pro and Premier limits, describes cancellation and downgrade behavior, and adds account linking as an option in tunnel-limit troubleshooting.

Explanation

The title names the main change: docs stating that T3 Chat Pro and Premier raise the T3 Connect tunnel limit. The raw summary and objectives confirm the FAQ, remote access guide, and troubleshooting edits all document this change. The title is concise, specific, and follows a conventional docs: prefix.

Full details: Description check

Explanation

The description states the problem (docs only mention the limit of 3 and do not say a paid T3 Chat account raises it) and lists the three doc changes: the FAQ entry, the new remote access section, and the troubleshooting pointer. It leaves out the template's required 'Scope and approval' section, which must link a triaged issue or maintainer-approved discussion, and the 'Verification' section, which must describe checks run. It also has no explicit fix/change explanation under the template headings. The author's text does not follow the repository template, and the approval and verification requirements are not addressed.

Resolution

Restructure the description to follow the repository template. Add a 'Scope and approval' section that links the triaged issue or the maintainer-approved discussion covering this docs change. Explain why a focused configuration-documentation change falls within an existing capability, or link approval. Add a 'Verification' section that describes the checks run on the rendered docs, such as link checks, rendering review, or confirming the stated limits match the product. Note anything not checked. Move the existing problem and change text under the 'Problem' and 'Change' headings. Remove the unrelated Claude Code attribution line or move it under the agent note the template asks for, which should name the model and harness.

⚠️ Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.

Qualify the paid-plan limits as default limits.

ManagedTunnelLimits applies the 10 and 100 machine values only when no manual maxTunnels override exists. A manual override remains the exact cap. State that a paid plan raises the default limit, and apply the same wording in docs/user/remote-access.md.
