fix(mobile): share toast motion and bring bottom undo to iOS - #23968
iOS Undo notices need the same bottom placement and motion as Android. The previous iOS revision also made dark glass too opaque and left too much space above the regular iPhone navigation bar.
Change
Share slide-in, fade-out, swipe dismissal, and reduced-motion behavior in ui/Toast. Put Undo above the bottom controls, keep its five-second expiry, and remove the X. Keep Git/copy feedback at the top, eight points below the header, with one truncating text line and its existing expiry.
Use native iOS glass without the extra default chrome in dark mode, matching the floating controls’ rounding. Tighten the regular iPhone gap when the keyboard is closed; preserve keyboard clearance, Duo spacing, and Android presentation.
Scope and approval
Maintainer-requested follow-up to #23928, including reusable toast presentation and iOS parity. Mobile presentation only; Undo mutations and Git operations are unchanged. The former navigation-stack dependencies are merged. This PR targets main.

Native iPhone 17 Pro Max (iOS 26.5) and unfolded portrait Duo (iOS 27.1), with rebuilt clients matching fingerprint 58c9ee86e316684dd5ce3522eb5ae12e4f7578ea.
Regular iPhone clearance is reduced by 16 points; Duo clearance is preserved. Matched light/dark captures verify the result.
Both iOS clips use the production five-second expiry. Stills hold demo feedback for capture; temporary controls and timer overrides were removed.
Full VoiceOver/TalkBack navigation was not exercised.
All captures use isolated demo fixtures. Before is f0396ba872; after is c4073fbbf8. The subsequent keyboard guard leaves these captured states unchanged. These matched detail crops replace the earlier iteration screenshots; click a crop to open the full native capture.
