fix(mobile): show waiting thread status

[maria-rcks]

waiting threads in the native thread list have an empty status slot because the row's label map omits waiting and non-ready rows suppress their timestamp. add the waiting label and make the map exhaustive, keeping ready threads' timestamp behavior.

97 existing thread-list logic tests, scoped lint/format checks and the mobile typecheck passed on blacksmith. these tests cover status resolution; they do not render the changed native row. android/ios runtime and before/after native media remain unverified because device access was explicitly declined. retained as a draft pending real native verification.
