What Changed

Keep linked pull requests above Android's navigation controls in the Git overview. Use the same bounded content sizing as the other Git sheets and add bottom safe-area padding to the scrollable content.

Why

Android ignores contentInset. The compact sheet also measures its scroll area at the expanded detent, leaving shorter content below the visible sheet with no way to scroll to it. Content sizing fixes the viewport; bottom padding keeps the last row clear of system navigation.

Verified on a physical Redmi Note 8 Pro running Android 11: normal and enlarged text, overflow scrolling at 200%, opening the synthetic PR URL, and opening/returning from Branches. Mobile typecheck, targeted lint, formatting, and diff checks pass; lint reports two existing memo-dependency warnings.

UI Changes

Before After
Before: synthetic linked PR below Android navigation controls at 130% text size After: synthetic linked PR fully visible above Android navigation controls at 130% text size

📝 Walkthrough

The Git overview sheet uses content-based sizing for Android presentations that are not inspectors. It reserves bottom space in the scrollable content and limits the sheet to 92% of the window height. Other platforms and inspector presentations retain flexible sizing.

The component enables fitToContents for Android presentations that are not inspectors. It adjusts scroll content and container sizing, sets the native sheet detent, and passes the sizing flag to MaterialScreenContent. Inspector presentations and other platforms retain their prior sizing behavior.

Approvability

Verdict: Not approved

Macroscope's review found this PR not approvable — This is a focused Android layout fix, but it changes the default sheet detent and sizing for every normal Git Overview presentation. Because product-default changes require human review, the default behavior change should be reviewed before merging.

No code changes detected at 31a26b4. Prior analysis still applies.

@macroscope-app Please reconsider the approvability classification. At the initial drawer height, linked PRs are covered by Android's navigation controls. They can be reached by manually expanding the drawer, but expansion only works by dragging its header, which is not obvious.

This fix uses the content sizing already used by the other Git sheets and adds bottom safe-area padding to keep the links clear of system navigation. The PR includes synthetic before/after evidence and physical-device verification. Does correcting this obscured-content problem still require human review under the product-default rule?
