What Changed

Allow mobile work-log rows with single-line tool details, commands, runtime messages, and image paths to expand and show their full content. Expanded rows preserve formatting, use clearer labels, and update accessibility hints to describe the current expanded state.

Also tightened provider-session startup reconciliation and simplified Codex thread open typing, with supporting composer and settings updates across web, desktop, and contracts.

Why

Single-line details could be truncated on narrow screens while appearing non-expandable, preventing users from viewing or copying the complete content. Runtime messages could also be omitted from the expanded detail flow or duplicated in the expanded body.

The new expansion rules make any meaningful detail available on demand, avoid duplicate labels, and preserve the existing work-log copy behavior.

UI Changes

Mobile work-log rows now expand single-line details and expose accurate accessibility state and hints. Before/after screenshots are not included.
