SOLVED: Update Codex, --ephemeral flag was only added in v0.99.0.

@beckettharriman What codex version are you running (codex --version)? Pretty sure the --ephemeral flag was only added in v0.99.0.

It happens to me as well, I use 0.79.0, I'm going to update and let you know if it works.
