Bug - README - Broken Slack link in community section

Describe the problem
The Slack link in the README points to https://slack.patternfly.org/ which returns a 404 ("There's nothing here, yet."). This affects the main README of the repository.

The same issue was previously reported and fixed in patternfly-org (issue #3364), where the link was updated to https://patternfly.slack.com.

While exploring the repository to contribute, I found this issue.

How do you reproduce the problem?

1. Go to https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-react
2. Click the Slack link in the README
3. Observe the 404 page

Or visit https://slack.patternfly.org/ directly.

Expected behavior
The Slack link should point to https://patternfly.slack.com (or a valid invite link), matching the fix applied in patternfly-org#3364.
